  • What payment options can I use?
    Our payments are currently powered by Secure Payment Gateways like Razorpay & Cashfree payment gateway. It allows for flexible Payment modes like debit cards, credit cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallets, Pay Later, etc. The acceptance of any specific cards or any processing charges applicable are as per actuals shown during your payment process and as allowed by the payment gateway and none of the payment charges are charged by our side. In addition to payment gateways, we offer Cash on Delivery payment method as well.
  • Do you have Cash on Delivery mode?
    YES! You can place your orders with us & pay for it later when it arrives at your doorstep. Please note that COD is available for purchases up to a maximum of INR 10,000. Orders exceeding this amount will require payment through other available payment methods.
  • Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card while placing my order on the website?
    All your payments are secured by the payment gateway transaction protocols. Even the website created is compliant to PCI DSS standards. The online store platform is completely safe and secure and follow the above security standards. Additionally we do not store any of your card or bank related information at our end.
  • Are there any shipping charges?
    No shipping charges on deliveries within India
  • What should I do if I miss the delivery?
    As a standard process, the logistics partner will attempt 3 times to deliver your order. After 3rd attempt the package will be routed back to us. Once we receive back the package at our end, your order will be cancelled and refund generated after adjusting INR 200 for the reverse shipping charges.

    My Account is your personalized space on our website. Here you can manage your information listed below. Edit your personal information like Name, Address, etc. View Your Orders History View your Wishlist It is advisable to create your account with us for a faster checkout experience and quicker resolution of any issues related to your orders or account.
  • Is it necessary to have an account to shop on The Loom Studio website?
    Not at all! It is completely your choice to create an account with us. You can shop with us and simply checkout as a guest and provide the necessary details for us to process and deliver your order. But we do recommend you to have yourself registered with us in order to avail offers, promotional updates, quicker checkout and issue resolution
  • How do I register my account?
    To register, you just need to click on the top right of our website where it says 'Login'. You can register with us using one of the following ways below: Using your Facebook account Using your Google account Using your email In case of any queries or to report any issues regarding signup process, please reach us directly via live chat or cs@theloomstudiolifestyle.com and we will help you.
  • Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order is placed?
    Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment once the order is placed. However, you can reach us and we can help you change the address on your order, only if it is not yet dispatched. If your order is already dispatched from our end but it gets returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, we will cancel your order upon receiving back the product. Your order amount will be refunded after adjustment of return shipping and processing charges of INR 200 per delivery rejected. You can then place a new order with correct delivery address for the same item. In case you want to change your address in general (not related to a particular order) then you can do the same from your My Account section.
  • How do I know once my order is confirmed?
    Once your payment is authorized and your order is completed, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You would be provided with the Order Number, details of the order and the amount you have paid. You can also access your orders from My Account section under your profile.
  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    The delivery time varies from cities to cities and any regulatory restrictions. In normal business days, the orders are delivered within 7 to 14 days after dispatch. However, due to unforeseen reasons or lockdowns there might be further delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience. Trust us, we will be constantly following up with our delivery partners until you get your order!
  • Who delivers my orders placed on www.theloomstudiolifestyle.com?
    We ship your order through various reputed logistics partners who are best in their business. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email with the delivery tracking details (AWB number) using which you can track your shipment. Alternately, you can reach out to us for any queries or issues regarding delivery via Whatsapp, live chat or our customer support email.
  • How to check the status of my order?
    To check the status of your order, log in to www.theloomstudiolifestyle.com and go to “My Orders” section under “My Account”. Alternately, you can reach us via Whatsapp, Live Chat or customer support email to get an update on your orders.
  • Can I pre-order a saree which is sold out?
    For any pre booking request, please get in touch with us via Whatsapp, Live chat or customer support email. Based on the availability we will try to accommodate your request. However, you may have to allow us some time to check and get back on your request.
  • I would want to cancel my order.
    To cancel your order, please reach us directly via Whatsapp, Live Chat or customer support email. We will try our best to accommodate your request unless it is already dispatched from our end.
  • I am an international customer but want delivery in India. Is this possible?
    Yes absolutely! It is possible for us to deliver your shipment to any serviceable address in India. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number. Any additional charges incurred during payment settlement shall be additional to the price of the product and shall be borne at your end.
