Cancellation Policy

For any order cancellation, please reach out to us at cs@theloomstudiolifestyle.com with valid reason for cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order

 

Alternatively, you can whatsapp us at +91 93535 85386 (text message only) within 24 hours of placing the order for further assistance.

 

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

 

  1. Return requests are allowed within 7 days from delivery of the product.

  2. For claiming return for any defective product, please share the Order Number, item details, unboxing video, pictures and detailed proof of manufacturing issues in the product and write back to us at cs@theloomstudioonline.com. This will help us to verify the issue and assist you better. Once approved, you are eligible to send back the product. Courier charges up to INR 100 shall be refunded in case of an approved return transit

  3. For refunds against approved returns, we will provide you a special unlimited time coupon code same as the refund amount which you can fully redeem in your next order. Refunds against any returns will be processed after quality check has approved the returned product

  4. If return is not approved, then no returns will be accepted. Any loss or further damage due to unapproved transits shall not be liable to us

  5. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at cs@theloomstudiolifestyle.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.  

  6. The returned items should be unused and unwashed with original tags and packaging in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

  7. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged

  8. Products bought during sale are non-refundable 

  9. Returns of COD orders will be governed by our standard Return Policy

  10. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to your source payment mode. This may take 10-15 days or as per third party provision to reflect in your account

  11. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. In case of any discrepancy in the returned product the same shall not be accepted.
